All volunteers with CEF in Pennsylvania must complete Pa State Background check requirements and a CEF volunteer application. These checks needed to be completed and all paperwork must be turned into a CEF staff member before a volunteer can start helping. FINGERPRINTING

If you have lived in PA for the last 10 years or more you need to complete a disclosure statement:

If you have not lived in PA for the last 10 years you must be fingerprinted.  Click the button below and follow the instructions.
You will need to preregister and then go in person to a fingerprint location to have your fingerprints completed. Results will come back to you in the mail.

Training is required by all club leaders. Note: not required for helpers at this time.
